Questions

Before you enquire

Short answers to the questions customers and stockists ask most. Anything not covered here is one email away.

Can I buy for myself, or is this trade only?

Both. Tracey supplies individual customers as well as retailers. Send an email describing what you are after and Tracey will reply with what is available and the price.

Why are there no prices on the website?

The range moves with what is available, so prices and stock are confirmed by email rather than listed here. That way the price you are quoted is the price that applies to your order.

Do you stock a particular brand?

Brands change over time. Ask about the brand or the product you have in mind and Tracey will let you know whether it can be supplied.

Is a product suitable for my skin?

Product information and ingredient lists can be shared on request. Tracey cannot give medical or dermatological advice. If you have sensitive skin or a skin condition, check the ingredient list, patch test and speak with a health professional.

How do I open a wholesale account?

Email your business name, ABN, the type of store you run, your location and the categories you are interested in. Tracey will reply to talk through the range and send a written quote.

Is there a minimum order?

Minimums depend on the products and are confirmed on each quote before you commit to anything.

What kinds of businesses do you supply?

Salons, day spas, boutiques, gift and lifestyle stores, pharmacies and online stores are all welcome to enquire.

Can I order samples first?

Ask when you enquire. Whether samples are possible depends on the product.

Where do you deliver?

Tracey is based in Collarenebri, NSW, and welcomes enquiries from across Australia. Delivery options, costs and timing are confirmed with each order.

How do I pay?

Payment details and terms are set out on your quote or invoice. Nothing is charged through this website.

What if something arrives damaged or is not right?

Email Tracey as soon as possible with your order details and a photo. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
